These formats can be Quark Xpress, Illustrator, Photoshop or Pagemaker for Macintosh. We cannot accept PC designed ads on disk.

1.) Do you own the FULL version of ADOBE ACROBAT DISTILLER? NOTE: This cannot be Acrobat Reader or PDF Writer!

• If you answer NO to question #1, you CANNOT SEND THE AD ELECTRONICALLY to us!!! Please proceed to question #2.
• If you answer YES please CLICK HERE to download our Distiller Job Option settings for Adobe Acrobat 4.0, 5.0 & 6.0.

2.) Do you work on a PC/WINDOWS COMPUTER or a MACINTOSH COMPUTER?

• If you work on a PC/WINDOWS COMPUTER, you can send the ad as a VELOX or NEGS ONLY!!! (You CANNOT SEND FILES ON A DISK!!) 

• If the ad was created on a MACINTOSH COMPUTER, you can send the ad as a VELOX, NEGS or ON A DISK.  Disk ads must include all of the fonts, artwork and corresponding files.

The following E-mail addresses are used only to receive ARTWORK i.e. client logos or small photos. EPS, TIFF or JPEG ONLY!

1.) Is this just a logo or piece of artwork needed by our Art Department to finish creating your ad? Is it an EPS, TIFF or JPEG file?
 

• If you answer YES, please contact your Account Executive so that he can notify the respective Art department that your files are being sent to one of these E-mail addresses. 
• If you answer NO to question #1, you CANNOT SEND THE ARTWORK ELECTRONICALLY to us!!! 
• Please contact your Sales Representative to determine the best way to send your artwork.
